Speaker: Ma Hongli
Introduction to the speaker: Ma Hongli, M.A., Professor in School of Management, HAUT; mainly teaching courses: Business Etiquette, Social Etiquette, Service Etiquette, and Public Relations. In recent years, 11 papers have been published in Chinese core journals, of which 3 have been included by CSSCI. She has presided over 4 provincial projects and participated in 6 provincial projects, published a related book " Tourism Service Etiquette". She was nominated as "Loving teacher - the best teacher in my mind", " Excellent teacher" , and " Excellent instructor" in undergraduate graduation designed by HAUT. She was repeatedly named " Excellent Instructor" in the Social Practice of College Students in Zhengzhou City.
